Are you leading one of NZ’s Best Places to Work™?

Here’s how it works:​

  1. Sign up for the BPTW™ Annual Survey and send it to all your NZ-based employees.
  2. ​Once the survey has closed, we’ll compile the Awards shortlist based on the Annual Survey results.​
  3. If you are shortlisted and wish to enter the Awards, you’ll need to complete an Awards submission, which is a more comprehensive set of questions about your business, employee experience, customer, and community engagement.
  4. Come along to the Awards ceremony for a night of inspiration, celebration and connection, where the winners will be announced. ​

My organisation hasn’t taken the BPTW™ Annual Survey. Can we still enter?

Unfortunately, no. You must complete the BPTW™ Annual Survey to be entered into the BPTW™ Awards. Keep an eye out for our new BPTW™ Survey + Awards packages coming soon!

How much does it cost to enter the BPTW™ Awards?

Nothing! By purchasing the Annual Survey, you’re automatically in the running to be shortlisted for the Awards. If you wish to attend the Awards ceremony, you’ll need to purchase tickets to the event.

Who are the 2025 Best Places to Work™ judges?

Our expert judging panel reflects a range of industries, expertise, and backgrounds to ensure fairness and credibility in the judging process.

How are the BPTW™ Awards winners selected?

Shortlisted organisations will be invited to complete an BPTW™ Awards submission, which showcases the people, practices, and initiatives that bring their employee experiences to life. Our Judges base their final BPTW™ Awards decisions on the following:

- Annual Survey results
- The written awards submission
- Evaluation aligned to the BPTW™ pillars and key measurement criteria (financial and customer impact)

Can I attend the Awards ceremony if I’m not part of a shortlisted business or Best Places to Work™ partner?
