The information and documents you upload as part of the BPTW™ Certification process are collected for the purpose of assessing eligibility and verifying that core workplace practices and policy categories are in place.

Uploaded files and form data are:

  • Stored securely within our CRM system
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Accessible only to authorised BPTW™ team members and approved partners directly involved in the certification review process
  • Not publicly visible or searchable

We verify the presence of relevant policies and practices - we do not audit operational records or require sensitive employee-level data.

Your documents will be used solely for certification assessment. They will not be shared externally without your consent.

We handle all information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and applicable data protection standards.
