By accessing or using the Best Places to Work™ website, surveys, reports, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable New Zealand laws.
All content, including survey questions, methodologies, scoring frameworks, benchmark data, reports, branding, and any associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Best Places to Work™ and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.
To protect the integrity of the BPTW™ programme, survey questions and scoring methods are confidential and are not permitted to be disclosed to third parties.
By participating in any BPTW™ survey, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so on behalf of your organisation. Aggregated and anonymised data may be used by Best Places to Work™ for benchmarking, research, and programme improvement. Individual company survey results are treated as confidential and are only shared with the participating organisation unless explicit permission is provided.
While we take care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all content, insights, and reports, Best Places to Work™ makes no warranties as to completeness, performance, or suitability. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or decisions made as a result of using our website, surveys, or reports.
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
