As a Best Places to Work™ Finalist, Finance Now were thrilled to win an Employee Brand Discovery Workshop at the BPTW™ Awards with HainesAttract. This encompassed a review of our engagement and Best Places to Work survey data, a focus group with some of our team, interviews with a couple of the senior leadership, and an analysis of our recruitment data. We received three outputs from this Discovery phase:

• A Findings report that summarised our culture, values, engagement drivers and team sentiments.
• A strategic roadmap outlining our current EVP, and detailing steps on how we could bring it further to life.
• A Talent Acquisition model to support us operationally.
