We joined BPTW™ to benchmark our culture and better understand what our people think and value. When you’re looking internally, it’s easy to get lost in the to-do list or think you’ve got it all figured out, so having an external view based on the survey and benchmarking gave us clarity, which confirmed our strengths and highlighted where we need to step up.
