The biggest benefit of the BPTW™ Survey for us was the feedback that has led to smarter strategic planning around reward and recognition. We are introducing Employee Awards in 2026, using categories selected by our own people, to recognise great behaviours and positive role models.

Our motivation for engaging with the Best Places to Work (BPTW™) Survey was to obtain a reality check on how we’re performing - initially (2024) for the benchmarking data, but this year we wanted to know more: are we a truly sustainable business, that values our people? Do our people feel valued?

While we felt we had a great working environment, feelings aren't enough. We looked for a credible, objective, and recognised survey to help us find out what our employees thought. The response to the survey from our colleagues was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting that our company works hard to develop strong values (above the H&S stats each month) and this is recognised. It was great to get candid feedback on how we are doing.
