The opportunity to receive an objective view from our team members across BPTW's key pillars.

What motivated you to run the BPTW™ Survey in the first place?

The opportunity to receive an objective view from our team members across BPTW's key pillars.

Were you looking for benchmarking, employee voice, or external validation?

Employee voice and benchmarking. We did previously have an engagement survey but our lens to how we improve was purely from an inside out appraoch. This enabled us to also look outside in (best practice and an industry expert ensuring we were asking the most meaningful questions).

Did the survey or benchmarking report give you clarity or useful insights about your culture?

Yes, having employee verbatims was really helpful.

Did it validate or challenge what you thought you knew?

It mainly validated our assumptions.

Did you make any improvements or start new initiatives based on the results?

Its helped inform our 2026 strategic planning, particularly around our opportunity for improvement in being more deliberate about our sustainability initiatives.

How did your people respond to being asked for feedback?

No issue, they are used to being asked for feedback.

Did you see improvements in engagement, retention, leadership alignment, communication, productivity, wellbeing, culture or performance?

It's provided leadership opportunities and more specific pathways for team members. Our retention is high, but I believe this will continue to strengthen it.

How did you find the support, communication, and overall process?

Excellent. I really appreciated the personal phone call to let us know that we were a finalist. That felt very special. And when the fire alarm occurred at The Cordis, BPTW did an exceptional job of providing updates in a very unpredictable situation.

If you attended a BPTW™ event, what stood out for you?

Meeting and connecting with others in the BPTW™ community.
