What motivated you to run the BPTW™ Survey in the first place?
We wanted a benchmark that we could use and then update every year to ensure we are getting regular feedback and can track progress using a consistent measure.

Benchmarking plus employee voice.
Did the survey or benchmarking report give you clarity or useful insights about your culture?
It was overwhelmingly positive but there were still areas for improvement that we were able to action.
Did it validate or challenge what you thought you knew?
It was probably more positive then we might have expected!
How did your people respond to being asked for feedback?
Not everyone engaged and some needed chased but generally they were happy to provide, being anonymous and an independently run survey definitely helped.
Did you see improvements in engagement, retention, leadership alignment, communication, productivity, wellbeing, culture or performance?
Probably too early to say but it did galvanise the team and helped make them aware and be grateful for the great environment we are all fortunate to work in.
How did you find the support, communication, and overall process?
Very good. Comms were clear and of a high standard. Survey was to complete and our key contact (Paul Johnston) was very responsive and helpful.
If you attended a BPTW™ event, what stood out for you?
The awards event was fantastic. Great to rub shoulders with the other businesses and the event just had a great vibe. Well done.
